This wine has a very fresh and fruity nose. With a good attack on the fruits(mainly lemon and grapefruit), it has a good acidity balance. It is ready drinking but It also can be kept up to 5 years.
Tasting advice: It is best drunk fresh (8-10°C or 50°F), with seafood, fish and chicken. Roncier "blanc de blancs" is also perfect as an aperitif with friends.
