This Riesling displays delicate and complex aromas of lemon thyme, bath salts and talc, which open up to more pronounced floral, lime and green apple aromatics. The palate is both concentrated and delicate with generous flavours of lime and grapefruit pith complemented by aromatic hints of citrus blossom, lemongrass, ginger and perfume. Fine, steely acidity combined with pithy texture and refreshing flavour result in a moreish wine that drinks well now but will reward long-term cellaring.
