The focus of this wine is the Grenache with the other varieties adding structure and complexity to the overall blend. Grenache, had partial whole bunch fermentation and aged in older French oak barrels. Whole bunch fermentation gives the wine its vibrant red berry characteristics. Careful use of Shiraz adds structure to the wine and the Mourvedre adds spiciness.
